By using MindLock.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MindLock.io is a personal AI memory management tool that allows you to import, organize, and search your AI conversations. The Service offers both free (local-only) and paid (Pro) tiers with cloud sync capabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Not use the Service to store or process illegal content
Keep your account credentials secure

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of any conversations, memory documents, or other data you create or import. The Service itself, including its design and code, is our intellectual property.

5. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($5/month).

You may cancel at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. For Pro users, we will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing paid features.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Pro users may export their data before termination takes effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
